I’m Veronika Taylor, the artist behind Permanent Joy Seattle and a three-time Gold winner in Best in the PNW. I received the award in 2024, 2025, and 2026, and I bring that same standard of artistry to every person who enters my suite.

My goal is to help you reinvent your morning routine. If you’re tired of drawing on the same brows or eyeliner every day, permanent makeup can give you that time back. A few minutes each morning add up. I want you to spend them on something you actually enjoy.

I create permanent makeup that fits the person wearing it. That might mean soft, natural brows; eyeliner you never have to draw on again; vibrant lips; or a detail you’ve wanted for years. I listen closely, study your features and skin, and make a plan with you before I begin. The result should feel like you, whether you want barely-there definition or something bold.

My clients are people of all genders, ages, and skin tones. Men get permanent makeup. People in their nineties get permanent makeup. There is no age at which you suddenly stop deserving to look the way you want to look.

I also work with scars left by injuries or plastic surgery, stretch marks, areas of uneven pigmentation, and visible veins that bother you. These concerns call for an individual assessment: I’ll look at the area, explain which techniques may help, and give you an honest sense of what kind of result to expect.

I’m a Certified Permanent Cosmetics Professional (CPCP) since 2020, and I keep training because exceptional work takes more than talent. It takes technical skill, sound judgment, and the willingness to keep getting better. Before opening Permanent Joy Seattle, I worked in IT at Microsoft. Now I get to put my eye for detail to work in a way that can actually make a real difference in someone’s life.
